  I like this location for the convenience, the tellers here's at this location do a good job at accommodating everyone's needs the best they can. Would like for them to tighten up on the long lines and wait time. Other than that, it's good branch.

  Thanks to an error caused by the bank teller Daniella, I had to pay to receive my money after closing out my account. Why? Well because instead of asking how I'd like to receive my money she assumed I wanted cash because "that's how most people want it".

  Lines are really long and i mean it. It is better to set up an appointment or get it done via atm or online if possible.

  I would like to thank two individuals who have been very helpful and nice to my mother, if it wasn't for them I would have closed all my family accounts and went to another bank. These two ladies are Gloria Santiago and Angel Waller, they are professional ,very helpful , excellent at customer service and always have the time and patience to answer any customer question. Thank you so much for making every hard situation manageable , once again thank you so much GLORIA AND ANGEL, and we need more people like the two of you.
