  I went into the branch to speak to a manager about my account. I was looking for assistance in a situation that was very embarrassing for me. Andre was the person that reviewed my account... he was beyond rude, I never felt more humiliated and judged. At the end of it all was not able to help me and basically dismissed me. I’ve banked with TD for over 10 years and this branch is a block away from my work. I feel uncomfortable to walk in there ever again.

  it really is the most convenient bank they were very nice to me, they gave me directions into the building to see the oracle psychic upstairs on the 5th floor and they helped me open a new checking account
