  Tellers do not follow security protocol which caused fake bank accounts to be placed in my name and also money drawn out of my accounts even though I had security passwords in place. Removed all my money from TD Bank

  Is there a possibility to give 0 star, or -0 I would give them that, no sense of customer service, they don’t have any reason why this happened,I think they have the wrong name TD BANK instead of that they should have DUMB BANK — perfectly fits them -

  They locked my bf's card saying someone unauthorized was using it. He called their customer service TWICE and they both said that two transactions one in Miami Florida and somewhere in Arizona had been made. When he went in person the guy there said he didn't see anything. Um, hello?? His card was locked and how come the two custermer service people saw it and not him? Clearly he didn't knoe what he was doing and just wanted to avoid it. Avoid this childish bank and go somewhere else.

  TD bank customer service overall is terrible. I have 5 accounts there and they can never get it straight when I am traveling for the one card that I use. Even though I call them every time in advance to notify of travel, they lock my card out each time and require call, which is a min 20 wait time. As far as the Darien branch and local customer service, ask for Paula. She is the only one who is efficient and helpful. You might have to wait to see her specifically, but it's worth it.

  This is an excellent branch. They are just as good as any other td i've been to. I didnt notice any service issues.
