  Just needed to get a new debt card ended up staying here for an hour unattended and my customer service representative was Janette Rodriguez, she took very long to find out that there weren’t any blank cards in the machine and also she took life putting the cards in

  I went to make a check and cash deposit at the atm the machine gave me an error message and I was ask to enter the amount I deposited and so I did little did I know that later on they withdraw 600 out of my account saying I didn’t deposit any cash only the check I had to make a claim to start an investigation at first they said they didn’t have any money over that day then they came up with almost half of my money I follow up making another claim to get the rest of my money and they determine I didn’t deposit the rest so someone probably took the money and ran with it and my 320 to be exact was never found I would never make a deposit at the atm let alone cash if someone at the bank took it I hope they need it more than me I been with TD Bank for more than 10 years n I couldn’t believe this happened

  I arrived at 5 to close a tenant account. There were 3 people waiting for help in the customer service section but one person in the c/s department. Meanwhile there were 4 people being the teller line and one person enteri mg the bank every 5 minutes. I asked the person that appeared to be in charge if anyone could help and was told no. This makes me wonder about the bank's commitment to customer service /comvinienece . Not at all customer friendly.
