  Pathetic customer service. I waited for 15 minutes before saying good bye without doing any transactions. One teller and five customer service waiting in the queue. This happened on 3/9/17 around 1:30 pm. They should hire more tellers if they want to stay in Banking arena. Irony is that they boast about American most convenient Bank. What a shame? Honestly they do not deserve 1 star also.

  horrible service and careless treatment from Joanne at counter bank for 1.00$ of charge maintenance fee (its not easy or one click to stop statement fee on online banking) they will charge you 15$ then you will deposit another 15$ but this time they will charge once more because you go under 100$ again this trick scam and really rude when try to close they didint close account because of need to renewal old that was the same id i did open account banking in usa is robbing people will close account asap change id will pay been charged about total over 100$ of fees for nothing thanks td bank

  I have to stop by several other TD branches on a daily basis, which the tellers are friendly, however, at this loathsome branch there are only two pleasant and professional acting tellers; as for the rest, they're always too busy chit-chatting away, they never say thank you, let alone look you in the eye. Best Buy offers better customer service than here.
