  Maura wasnt even the girl helping me but butted in to my conversation with my representative at the time and came across so rude. You would think she wanted a bad yelp review with all the negativity she was spewing about TD Bank.. good thing you avoid yelp. not to mention her staff/team hates her. also, fix your mess of a hair, your orange ponytail with a hidden dead white streak hidden in there is doing nothing for you. try a deep cherry brown tone and a better attitude with a deep condition to soften you up. byyyyeeeeee now I dont mind paying that $35 overdraft fee even though i have overdraft protection.

  They suppose to be open @8 but umm they are not and it is now 8:41am somebody paycheck should be docked! Unhappy customer! I am going to switch my bank!

  I reported a huge fraud. They hardly helped. Also I repeatedly show them multiple days 24 hour periods when there were over $1400 in ATM withdrawals. 760 US is the daily limit. On November 14 and November 15 over 3000 was taken from ATM. I raised disputes with the local branch. They were useless. I expected more. A daily limit is designed to protect the customers. Reduce theft or irregular cash damage. Also 60 day limit to dispute is a joke. That means as a business owner (who experienced a fraud over 6 or 12 months I'm forced to keep a rolling dispute each day to avoid a transaction dropping off the eligible disputes calendar from 2 months prior. Its unrealistic to expect a business owner to waste that much tim with their bank. Doing what is essentially the banks job. In addition, transactions are time stamped which makes it nearly impossible to ID my transactions vs fraud if they are same amounts or same ATM. Switch banks right away.

  They refund ATM fees which is a great perk.
