  For some reasons, it takes 30 min plus standing on line in order to get to a teller. Going to this Td bank is my nearest location and is my most begrudged- yet unavoidable life errand. I hope their customer handling situation becomes efficient. Nobody enjoys waiting on line- on their spare time unneccessarily. Especially for something a machine could do right away. The time for my transactions at other branches-for the same scope typically takes less than 5 minutes. It would be great if another td branch would opened up-to-date away feom bergenline. A lot of the slow processing issues at this place may be due to their ever changing. So far, they really haven't changed in their ways (not good) since I've visited (a year+).

  Didnt like it. The employees were nice but the place was so distusging and the lollypops even made me sick. Do not ever come here. 0/10

  Staff not friendly at all. We are bringing business and they do treat their customers right. Go another brunch or better yet another bank. I gave 1 star because there is not option for 0.
