::Gave me a debit card with someone else's name on it after waiting a half hour to have the card replaced. How does this even happen????. Every time I come in there is a long line, the staff doesn't say hello. Definitely not the most convenient bank.

::Cashed a check. Was short changed $15. Didn't see this till I got home. Returned to the bank. Was told there was nothing they can do. Terrible.
