  I am a small business owner and today I had to pay my employees’ salaries so went to Coney Island Avenue Branch by avenue X. I asked the teller (Jordan or Jason a skinny dark skin young man working at the teller) to give me 100-dollar bills. The teller without asking anyone else replied me that branch don’t have 100-dollar bills. While I was talking to the teller another female worker came (dark skin, 350 plus lbs, 5-11) and asked what is going on. I told her that I am a business client and I have to make payments to my employees so I need some large bills. Instead of helping me she goes Mr, We don’t have 100 dollar bills. I asked her can you check with the other teller maybe she has. The lady goes that’s none of your business and when I said we don’t have any then it means listen to what I am saying otherwise I will have to take a next customer. This was so rude. I asked to speak with a supervisor (Gladys), She came to the counter and spoke to the teller first then turnaround and without asking me any question she said Sir I don’t have any 100-dollar bills. I asked her what’s your name? She told me her name and I wrote it on the deposit slip so I can file a complaint against her. Glady’s told me Good luck and do whatever I can. The behavior of these so-called supervisors, tellers and manager was so bad that I felt like I was in a Crown Fried chicken counter. Please anyone from upper level take serious action against unprofessional employees

  Personal Chk/Savings they’re good & Convenient. As for Business Account didn’t have good experience. Was waist of time trying to open an account. Too many irrelevant questions & not knowledgeable staff. Went to BofA & it took less then 15 minuets without the questions that shouldn’t concern the bank

  This is an awesome BANK! They are willing to work with you and help you to achieve all of your financial goals. The staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I’d recommend them to everyone!

  Wow! Just scrolled down to look at the reviews, and I'm surprised why there are so many negative reviews about this place? The best team ever!!!They're all extremely polite, nice and welcoming people!!!! Always helpful, smiling!!! I'm enjoying to do anything here!!! Guys keep it up, and don't pay attention to any of those bad reviews!!! An amazing staff is working here!!! To all of you guys: Thank you for your excellent customer service!!!

  Terrible Branch. I deposited a Certified check and they denied my request to withdraw and ripped up my forum.
