  Manager Patricia at the door trying to turn customers away with belittling comments "you wouldn't have to come all this way if you did it online". Disrespectful. She should be fired.

  Every time I go there I get good Customer service, respect all ways leave there with a smile my favorite BANK.

  Friendly, accommodating and always willing to go the extra mile. They make me feel like I am the only customer they have. They are down to earth. It is the best bank around.

  Never again will I do business with TD Bank. The customer services representatives do NOT elaborate on new account policies; they make you wait a week for your check to clear so you can have access to your funds. Then when you call the 800 number they direct you to go to the branch to have funds released and there aren't any managers in the building to help you with the process. To top it off representatives brush you off to come back the following day with out going through all necessary channels to assist you. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO HELP TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEMS AT HAND!!!

  TD Banks in general are the up and coming banks. Easy access and locations throughout. The penny arcade is a unique and outstanding addition to the customers banking needs. Everyone has change they wish to get rid of. What a better place.
