  I wish there was a option to leave a negative star rating . They won’t serve me through the drive through and force me to come inside. America’s most convenient bank yea right I think you guys should bulldoze this place and take it back to Canada. Will be closing all my accounts and credit cards and my mortgage pronto , please close down and let chase take the spot you’re nothing but a waste of space for the town of lodi

  A service that was giving to me by another td bank was never offered by them when I asked

  The manager Debbie is wonderful- She is very knowledgeable and knows everyone around town and is always willing to help

  I recently visited this location and had to speak to Elizabeth Santana, Assistant Store Manager, about general account information. The location seemed nice and clean, but this person's service will never make me go back there. I, being in the financial industry myself, found her being not friendly at all, at times even rude, intimidating, and most of the time didn't know what she's talking about. As a customer service provider at an "Assistant Manager" position you would expect her be friendly, smiling, kind, pleasant to talk to and do business with, and most of all - be knowledgeable of what services the bank offers. Strongly disappointed with Elizabeth Santana's service. I do not recommend you turn to her if you happen to be at this Lodi TD Bank location. Will not go back there.
