::Can't say enough about this store. Textbook manager is AWESOME and so helpful. I went in to sell back a book this past week and when he scanned it it came up as no value. He said "hold on...that doesn't seem right". He checked something in his system and discovered that an instructor had just turned in an order for the book I had for the Fall term and he (the manager) hadn't had a chance to work on it yet. He quickly worked on it and my book went from no value to $35 - I originally paid $70 for it so I got half back! I feel like other stores wouldn't have done this, they would have just said oh well, no value, sorry.

::Friendly store/staff. There are times where you can see that they get frustrated because this store for some reason gets a lot of rude customers - I've taken classes on all campuses and have had to go into each campus bookstore and South campus seems to always have demanding/rude customers. They tend to get the crazy customers to, like ones that you can clearly tell they're on something. The textbook manager is awesome, really nice and above all he's honest with you. He'll actually tell you that although they've been told by specific instructors that a certain book is needed for a class that he has heard from other students that the professor has said otherwise, so it might be best to go to class and see what's up. My only thing is I wish that the refund policy was more clearly defined and by that I mean I wish there was something on the front of the receipt that indicated that the policy is on the back or at the very least had the actual refund date on the the front. But besides that I haven't had any problems with this store.

::SCAMMERS they have SCAMMED me twice and they are very OBVIOUS about it and are NOT SORRY. will tell you to buy the wrong book & sound very confident as if they know for sure—but you find out it’s wrong when it’s too late to return!!!!!!! this has happened twice AND they’ve overcharged me for books before! i’m POOR that’s why i go to COMMUNITY COLLEGE my bank account can not handle constantly being overdrafted and have fees because of this selfish store!!!!! PLUS they are rude and impolite when you ask for help. WILL NOT BE GIVING THEM MY MONEY ANYMORE AND WILL BE TELLING ALL MY COLLEAGUES IN EVERY CLASS ABOUT THIS PRACTICE OF SCAMMING.
