::We had what was a simple miscommunication about a printing job for all of $100.00 and when we questioned the bill, we got a call from Michael who berated and insulted our person. He called her immoral and unethical. Seriously, he was unprofessional, rude and way out of line. He left her in tears. No apology ever. I would never recommend him to anyone. It could have all been worked out very simply. Who does business like this?

::Been getting cards here for for at least 6 years, the cards/printing are great, customer service is quite poor. As the customer, I hate knowing I have to walk on eggshells with a particular coordinator to get anything done without attitude, as well as send reminders when my emails haven't been acknowledged - not something I should have to do.
