  For a community college, this is quite the convenience. As for literature: It only carries college text books and required reading for their courses. No novels or new releases, etc. They also have an online pickup location for ordering stuff online they might not have in stock. This includes the online pass codes and access methods for the online courses and applications. On the side note, they have a pretty impressive selection of healthy and non healthy snacks. I mean they have a lil of everything, trail mixes, clifc bars, chips, candy, ramen, sandwiches, etc.. and the drink selection is actually amazing. Tons of energy drink, coffee, tea, water, milk, protein stuff, soda.. Staff that is usually working, have always been nice and attentive.

  Staff can be helpful and friendly, I wouldn't recommend buying your school supplies here (calculators, paper, pencils, and other basic needed supplies) it's really pricey and you'll save and have better deals at other stores, pricing for snacks and drinks are pretty reasonable and convenient.

  So they'll sell you a book you need for class that doesn't have the access code for that class that you still need? Why even bother selling the book without it in the first place?! And they know this happens, that is why they offer no refund. Use AMAZON first for your sake please!! I'm so disappointed! :/

  The lady I spoke to on the phone was so rude. I didn't get her name but she didn't answer any of my questions, was very condescending for no reason, and then processed to put me on hold continuously when I asked for the price of a book and never picked up the phone again. What terrible customer service.
