  I had a problem with a tool that I rented, I immediately called and was told to bring the tool back and he would work something out. I brought the tool back hours later and was told "There is nothing that can be done, its the end of the day" I said the tool doesn't have to be back until the next day!! At this point I tried to contact management only to get no response, after multiple attempts I finally received a response but again was let down when management failed to follow through. I guess my business was just not important enough for them. I always shop local but honestly your better off going to Home Depot for a rental, at least they stand behind you if you have a problem...

  Have been coming here over the past year and never had a time check out. Employee are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

  Reasonable prices and excellent customer service! So glad they had the equipment we needed to rent for the day to restripe the lines in our parking lot!!
