  Glendale location works with you on issues, sold me a 2010 escape no problems, then I decided to get another car from them, I made comments on issues on the car that were sappose to get fixed with the kia they sent me over to this location mechanic named Chris. The guy obviously did a half fast job and working on the car and now we have more problems with the Kia since he worked on it then when we purchased through them. Wont even fix the issues after 30 days wont be back after we pay these cars off and will be taking our business to Car Max atleast there you can purchase an extended warranty and what not. Mark at the Glendale location was an excellent sales representative he even whent above and beyond to help us fix the car issues but the machanics at this location dont seem to fix the issues right but tend to do a temporary fix so later down the road you have the same problems and all they tell you is its past the 30 day warranty. They also dont even give you information on what they did to the car like documents and etc so there probaly trying to cover up things maybe there machanics are not even licensed.

  The whole process was great with our sells man till we were done with the paper work and i starting asking basic information about the vehicle to the only mechanic that was there he had a huge attitude and both him and one of the supervises just keep giving us dirty looks. For that i didn't go back to purchase a 2nd vehicle

  Angel helped me out so much for me being a first time buyer. Everyone was friendly and professional. Great customer service recommend this place to any buddy looking to buy a new vehicle.

  Great cars, Good People. They sold me a car at a great price and had me in and out in less then an hour. I would recommend Taylor Auto to anyone I know.

  After going to about 20 dealerships I was frustrated, hot and very tired. I was on way home when I saw a truck that caught my eye. Decided what the heck turned around and went back. Glad I did. People were great. I can't remember the salesman name, but he was the older black gentleman, listened to what I needed and my financial situation. We went to Chris the manager and he explained my situation, he said no problem, I told them I would like to stay under 400 a month payments with little to 0 down due to I am a disabled military vet on limited income with dependants. They asked what vehicle I was interested in I told them. They came down on the price, thru in a warranty and made the deal happen. There was absolutely no pressure selling. No salesperson hanging over my shoulder while I walked the lot and looked at vehicles. But they were always handy with the keys to show me and give details. Have recommended Taylor Auto to several of my family and friends. I am very happy with my choice and have no regrets in my decision. These guys turned a nightmare into a wonderful experience. I'm glad I turned around and went back.
