I had a long standing issue with the IRS that I had spent years trying to resolve. I had tried fixing the issue myself, spending days on the phone, sending in letters and faxes. I'd dealt with IRS appointed representatives, and reached out to other lawyers to review my documents in hopes they'd take up my cause - all with no luck. When I contacted Howard, he looked over my case, was up front and honest about pricing, and once we'd come to an agreement he went right to work with his team. Throughout the time they were working on my case they kept me up to date on any developments, and were willing to answer my questions. After years of struggling I'm finally free from my IRS headache. I stopped by the office today to deliver payment and to thank him in person for the wonderful job he'd done. If you've reached your breaking point, or just want someone who can skillfully navigate the labyrinthine intricacies of the IRS I can recommend none better.

I am an ex-fisherman who has been through the ringer with the IRS in the past. I have used various tax attorneys in the past, none with very satisfactory results. Howard was not only extremely accessible (others always seem to put me on the back burner), but his experience and knowledge was immediately apparent. He literally took care of my situation in one morning with a phone call, a scan of documents, and a simple explanation. I think I can finally put this chapter behind me. Thank you Howard.

So I own a small construction company and my office is 5 blocks north of this guys. I need a new accountant for my company and my personal and after seeing the website I thought I'll be a good neighbor and pay them a visit. What I encounter is something I haven't seen in customer service in my 20 years as a businessman. I took my bike because I'm 5 blocks away and I didn't want to move my car from parking. This is how I attend to all my appointments downtown. As I arrived I lock my bike on the other side of the wheelchair ramp and try the front door. The door was lock so I walk around the corner looking for another door or some signs. As I was about to call the office two ladies come out the front door screaming at me in the most demeaning way I have been spoken too in years. Informing me in a rude a loud voice that I'm in private property and they will be calling the police. I stay calm I have deal with many agitated people in my life and know that politeness and proper language is the best way to deal with this behavior. I ask her if an accountant work in that office complex and her demeanor change. She was about to let me in so I politely inform her that rudeness is not an acceptable behavior. I literally used this phrase and I even said for the good of human manners treating people with respect is the best way to deal with problems. She cut me off to tell me in a demeaning tone and pose that if I wanted to come in I had to change my attitude. Her words verbatim "if you want to come in sweetheart you better change that attitude" I'm a grown man older that her. Even if I was a 20 year old using diminutive adjectives as sweetheart in a demeaning tone is really rude. I inform them that I would be just calling the accountant and not coming in. Now I know from the interaction and the signs that this ladies work for the law office on the first floor and not the Taxman. But I think since the Taxman is the one losing my business that's where I should place the review. What's more I don't know if I'm not the sort of client this office wants but I would never in my life will set foot on that office. I empathize with people protecting their office buildings but unprofessional attacks aren't the way. It won't help anyone to be that way. Finally I can't help but think that my race had something to do with this interaction I'm Mexican and the two ladies are white so is hard to shake the feeling that my race gave this ladies the perception that I was somebody I could be humiliated. Anyway I hope the best for you and if you get me a written apology from the law firm I'll be happy to remove this review or even better give you a 5 star review for doing the right thing.

Howard and Matt were amazing! It was my first time going to a tax accountant and they helped me through everything. They were very informational and got the task done very quickly! I highly recommend them!

I work for a local nonprofit, so I don't make much money, but I want to make sure that my taxes are done correctly. I filed my taxes last year and spent half the time questioning if I was providing the correct information. This year I decided that I would hire a tax professional to reduce the stress of tax season. Howard took the time to walk me through the process and made sure that all of my information was correct. I really appreciate the feeling of not having worry about things not being done correctly.
