  This company had an employee steal my hoilday loan check for $800 dollars and then took it out my tax return. Lying to me about getting my money back to me. They also messed up my tax return by falsifying things on it. Don't waste y'all time in trying to contact the news now.

  I should have listened to my gut. I'm new to the Memphis area and I was trying to get a Christmas loan. I came to this location they are no longer called tax pros . They are now Tax authority. They are supposed to be better than tax pros. So I thought. I should have listened to the reviews. This company is HORRIBLE! Nobody knows NOTHING. I've never allowed anyone to do my taxes. Because i don't trust people. It wouldn't be so bad if they had better customer service and the knowledge of their process. I'm so disappointed. If I could give any stars it would be for them successfully ripping people off... you definitely get a 5 star for that!

  These people are frauds and the worst tax company I have ever had any dealings with. They will not answer the phone, they have attitudes about money that does not belong to them . Of, course customers are going to call about their refunds we have worked hard for this money and they want to give people the run around . I just wish I never went to them I hope no one ever goes to them again.

  This the most unprofessional tax company that I have ever had contact with. They do not answer any of your phone calls or question about your return. They keep telling us to call or check back the next day. Somebody please help.
