  I filed my own taxes for years and never been under review. my refund was rejected 3 times due to legal name that was spelled incorrectly. now im in review status and it is now month 3 with no follow up. DO NOT GO HERE!

  I really wish i could give zero stars as i strongly do not recommend this place to get your taxes done! i was charged $600 for my tax return, when i question why i didn't receive any further correspondence. When asked for my tax documentation i also didn't receive it. They are very uneducated unprofessional especially Demetrius Watts and Mark Hughes...

  Horrible Horrible staff they are not qualified to do taxes. They did my taxes and I got audited could not even get a hold of nobody this company is a complete joke!

  Do not have your taxes done here. They overcharged me - to be exact, they charged me $571. Because I had "5 forms". In case you are not aware, the average fee is $150-200 to have your taxes done anywhere. I have never been charged more than $200 in the 10+ years I've had my taxes done. This is my first coming here and I won't have my taxes done here again. Their business etiquette was non existent. Their target consumers are low income and they are taking advantage of this. They are expecting no one to put up a fight because they need whatever they can get. In short - whoever owns this company is a thief. Please take your business elsewhere and do NOT allow yourself to be taken advantage of.

  Our. names are David & Connie Lent Tax Nationhasdid our taxes this is the 2nd yr.They are by far the best of the best tax company that there is they know what they are doing,& do agreat job!!!!! And every one that works their are very polite even if they are busy.Then there's Ms. Jackie &Ms.Wanda these two women are off the chain great, they both treated me like family!!!!! I can't say enough good things about them, it would take all day.And then is there's not even words to say bout Ms.Tameka, WOW!!!!This young lady is AMAZING for real.Soall in all tax nation the best of the best if you are using a different tax company it's the biggest mistake you have ever made use tax nation & you will see with your own 2eyes how good they are.!!!!!
