  Do not use this company, it is a SCAM! They are all about getting you to agree and pay their fees. You never talk to an actual attorney. Once I started to ask questions and they realized I wasn't just going along with their plan which offered no real resolution, this so called "Resolution Specialist" was rude and hung up on me. His "expert" recommendation included rubberstamping the IRS claims on my case and he also advised it was not worth submitting an amended return. That it was ok to leave $1000 on the table for the IRS. Also, be aware they are not local, you deal with someone located in Florida, on the phone. Do not fall for their scam...terrible!!
