  Speaking directly from experience, attorney Thomas Di Lullo is the BEST TAX LAWYER in the state of New Jersey. I cannot attest to the experience of the person who gave a 1 star review, I can only attest to the results of my own case and the results were 5 stars! My particular situation was complicated and the process was very arduous and full of very trying times, I learned that when a regular individual is dealing with a huge bureaucratic agency like the IRS there will be a lot of "wait and see" and "we need more documents" moments...it takes a long time to get through an IRS quagmire and TOP SHELF legal expertise is not cheap, attorney Di Lullo is as best as they come...at the end of a very long journey (couple of years) I was able to settle with the IRS, avoid exuberant penalties and fees but the most important thing was I am given a FRESH START and end the tax nightmares. Thank you very much attorney Thomas Di Lullo, Kim and the rest of the team.

  BEWARE I worked with Tom and his firm for over a year (should have left earlier) and couldn't be more disgusted with the process and outcome. After spending thousands of dollars trying to address my issues, he left me in the middle of nowhere. He didn't return my emails or phone calls promptly but the worst part was that his advice was just plain wrong (mainly designed to bulk up his legal fees). If you're looking for a good, ethical tax lawyer, keep looking. You'll be glad you did and you'll save yourself a ton of money in the process. Also, I promise you all of these positive reviews are plants.

  I could literally sit here for hours writing down how amazing, caring, and understanding Mr Dilullo and his staff have been with me. I went to him in desperate need of help. I found myself in an extremely tough and threatening tax situation. Mr Dilullo was extremely compassionate and knowledgeable and assured me that we would get through this.   I could write a book about Mr. DiLullo and his staff. I met with him over a year ago to discuss my options for a large amount of past due taxes. Long story short: we literally settled for a small fraction of the entire amount. This team is extremely experienced, so let them do their job. I am not a patient person and have trust issues... if you get the opportunity to work with Kim, she will handle your anxiety like a true professional. This is not a fast process, but you should know they are working to get you the BEST outcome. Obviously, everyone will have different outcomes, but you need to know that you are dealing with a company who will work hard to get you results. I never had a question go unanswered. Now, stop reading and hire this firm to represent you!!! Kim... seriously, thank you!! You are amazing at your job. Tom... I am speechless. You, sir, are the true meaning of "5 Star Service".
