  I work for a Wisconsin based motorcoach company that does a number of student tours to New York City every year. Every year we struggle to find a security company that actually does their job when they are hired to monitor the halls of our hotels so the chaperones can get a good nights rest. Thankfully this year I dialed the right number and Charlie answered! Tavent Group has provided our hall security for three separate student groups in the last two months and each time I dealt with Charlie! Charlie is a pleasure to work with and his Security Officer Ali is top notch! All three groups came home with positive feedback on how nice of a person and how professional Ali was! They were all able to get a good nights rest knowing the Security Officers were on duty and actually stayed on duty all night not like a number of other previous companies we have used! Thank you Charlie and Thank you Ali from your many happy customers from Wisconsin!!

  Tavent Protection Services provided the hotel security for our student trip to New York. As a parent along on the tour, it was peace of mind to know someone was watching over our group in the event any student left their room or became too loud. Our officer was courteous and respectful to our group and also very professional. Thank you!

  I had to write this review. I'm still in a loss of words. I'm staying as a guest with my boyfriend at The Hyatt in Secaucus. Couple nights ago my boyfriend was parking the car so i went up alone to my room. When I opened the door to get in my room noticed the bathroom light on. I was so frightened I tought someone was in my room. I ran out and met Ali who i TOUGHT was hotel security if he can help check if someone was in my room. He immediately helped and I was soooo relieved. I tried to offer him a tip but he would not take it he said he did it for my safety not for a tip. He was very professional, respectful, and just all around amazing. The following night I returned with my boyfriend at around 2am to introduce him and he greeted us at the elevator with a smile we felt very safe. But tonight we arrived with a coffee for him but he was not there. I asked another guest and they said he was doing Security for a school group and showed me their brochure. Cannot believe he was not hotel security. This companies security is great please let him know I said thank you and we wish him well.

  I would recommend this service to all. I came to Hyatt place in Secaucus on Friday evening to visit a business associate. When I was greeted by a gentlemen in a black suit and a badge around his neck looked very professional. First, I tought he was a police officer until I spoke to my business associate who said he is Hyatt hotel security. So I decided to go down to the lobby and leave a compliment for the gentleman. As I was heading to elevator, I seen him again standing by the elevator. He greeted me again and called the elevator for me. So, I asked for his name he said his name is Ali and after some small talk realized he was not working for The Hyatt I was shocked. He said he was hired to do Security at the hotel for a school that was spending the night there. He told me he is employed by Tavent TPS security. I would like this gentleman to be noticed, I am not a client of his but felt very safe and his professionalism was excellent. The suit was with badge was a very classy look. Excellent service will definitely recommend to my colleagues.

  I needed to use valet for an event we were having and didn't have the proper parking available. Their response time was excellent and they were able to work within our budget restraints and provided an excellent service. They offered to allow us to pay the gratuity in advance and the valets wouldn't accept gratuity. The staff they sent were excellent well dressed and professional. My guests were impressed and I didn't have to worry about parking while taking care of everything else I needed. Will be using them again!
