I have rented an apartment for the last 6 months that this company owns Riverside Park in Puyallup WA, and I am absolutely at my wits end! I have had my apartment, vehicle, bike locks cut, and items stolen out of my locked storage area. There are people living in vehicles on the premises, dog feces everywhere on the grounds, and broken down vehicles all over. The manager’s Rachel and Lauren are a waste of time to talk to, I have sent multiple emails about issues and they didn’t respond by phone until I called corporate. I have left two messages with Molly in the Seattle corporate office for someone to call me back and am still waiting. I am currently in touch with the Better Business Bureau, and have written an email to the Attorney Generals office.

I lived in their Sammamish building The Saffron apartments for a year. 8 months out of that year the foyer of my apartment flooded every week. They continually did a patch job to which was nothing more than putting a bandaind over the problem. Finally I asked them could I transfer and of course the answer was yes...for a fee and the apartments they had "available" were both severely out of my price range. To add insult to injury my rent was $1650 was being raised to $1950 if I signed another year lease or $2150 if I went month to month. I signed nothing because I was fed up at that point. On top of my living situation we came to this apartment on a bad note. We moved from out of state and the lady we felt with was fired before our arrival. 1 day before moving across the country I was given a call saying they had zero paperwork. I should have trusted my gut then and found another option. When arriving to the apartment I looked around for the loft I was told was there and fireplace. Neither existed. Again should have ran like hell. Now after leaving this dump 6 months ago they have a credit agency suing me saying I was evicted. That's weird since I left of my own accord and again DIDN'T RESIGN A LEASE AGREEMENT. How dare someone try and take 4 grand from a hard working family after backing us in a corner and us choosing to get out of that mold infested, damp, unsanitary dwelling. Shame on Saffron and shame on Tarragon.
