::Unorganized. Not helpful. My husband and I come in for our appt 9:00am and 9:45am, we are made aware they accept EyeMed (great!) but couldn't find us in the system not a big deal because we have no problem paying out of pocket. Second problem, they had us scheduled for glasses and I know for a FACT I selected glasses and contacts when i made the appt online and come to find out they had us only scheduled for glasses btw $70-$100 something dollars really! And if we wanted contacts we would have to be rescheduled so we said forget. I'm glad this happened this was a sign. Never coming back.

::LAZY receptionist ... I came and presented insurance card for eye exam ... I was the only one customer in the office ... She refused to call to verify insurance card ... She does not seem to care for customer ... I moved my business to elsewhere.... Very disappointed..

::The woman (wish I remembered her name) who helped me purchase my frames was very nice and informative. They give a discount on frames for those who have insurance, but Target Optical is out of network for their plan. I'm not sure if the discount applies to those who don't have insurance at all. I thought that was really nice. Another cool thing is that if you have a Target Red Card, they let you use it on your purchase so you can get 5% off. I will come back to this location again for my future vision needs.
