::Ok. Let’s start with the initial stages of set up. They require that device be open to set up, as if it can’t be done at your own place of choice. And the set up device took awhile to do, which would had been much easier having a carrier representative doing the process. I honestly prefer buying the device and getting the paperwork then doing it myself or at least give customers a choice. Apple does this along with Best Buy, Target needs to modify their policies. Now, let’s discuss the return process... which was terrible, they didn’t have much customer support.. the manager wasn’t even in, manager was an hour late. So, I had to wait and they had issues with my return process.
