  This is a very busy Target most of the time. I worked in uptown Charlotte and used to go there during my lunch hour. As long as I knew what I needed and where the item was located I could manage to get in and out and back to work within an hour. BUT, if I need assistance with something it's hard to find an associate to help me. I've even had to walk all the way back to the front of the store to ask an associate at the front desk a question which usually results in me having to stand in line behind other customers returning items. They usually have what I am looking for though. Parking is located in a parking deck which can be tricky to maneuver around with cars coming from every angle but there is ample parking if you don't mind being on a separate floor than the entrance to the Target.

  Horrible! The elevator was out and there was no out of service sign. A man in a wheelchair was not accommodated. Major ADA violation. Elderly people were taking 3 flights with NO assistance. The indifference of the employees made it worse. I'm assuming the manager had the day off. Target knows better.

  Worst place to shop at. Prices are way higher than Walmart and competitor stores. They won't do price match if the item is not pulling on their device while I was able to show them on my phone. Super rude staff and zero skills when it comes to customer service. I am boycotting Target for good. Would give 0 rating if it was possible.

  this location is the nearest to my home, my kids love Target cafe popcorn and all the time when we get there is close 😒 I just want to say that Joshua from electric department has a great costumers service sense.... helps us to get an item it was in the background, none of my business but he was doing better that the supervisor himself... thank you!!!! I hope Target appreciate what you do for them 😊😊
