::Why would somebody shop in Target White Plains? Go to Amazon, outstanding customer service, great return policy and etc. The whole Target Corporation customer service policy if just horrible, no wonder Toys R US went broke. I think until Target fixes their customer service policy, there is no way it will survive with the competition with GREAT Corporation with outstanding customer service policy like AMAZON. Seriously Target you lost a customer today over 5 USD.
