I went to buy my baby clothes for the summer, and I experienced the worst situation in my 8 years of shopping in this target store. The employee that was in charge of fixing the baby area yesterday was the most rude and racist person. I was checking the shirts for my toddler and here she comes getting in front of me to fix what I touch she did it five times, I go to a different area here she comes again behind me and when I see she is in front of me again and I didn't even touch the clothes this time. She had a full rack of clothes that needed to be fix back in place but she decides to follow me around and get in front of me to "Fix" what I see and touch. She is a Racist person because a lady that was her same color ask her a question and she kindly answer her but she saw mexican looking people and started to show her rude attitude. and finally she goes to talk with someone and comes back yelling "Women are messy" she knew I was uncomfortable with her and she did it on purpose. I reported her with the manager, and what can I say wonderful service from him. He was kind and make her go somewhere else, and that's when she says you don't want me to fix this anymore. Now she wants to fix and not be racist and rude. I'm coming back thanks to the manager. If you experience this report this women.

Stopped here and at 2 other Targets to try to replace a sweater we had just bought a few days before for my granddaughter. (Her twin brother got paint on it, but to be fair, we took two 7-yr olds to the Hope Outdoor Gallery and let them spray paint, so...) The other two stores were out by Lakeline and in Cedar Park and are larger and newer, but I found the customer service staff at this smaller store to be very helpful and friendly. I'd like to single out Erica and Charles for trying to help me find the item I needed. Although we were ultimately successful, they spent time looking for the sweater - I went there twice - and were both engaging and professional, rising to a 5-star level of customer service. Thanks!

I was excited to be able to get to purchase most of my children's gifts for Christmas at one place. The store is near my house, I was able to take my kids quickly and not spend the entire afternoon running around. I paid for the convenience with children's tears. My nephew's car build kit had dried paint, my son's rocket flew 44 feet shy of the advertised 50 feet, 2 of the 3 reading lights we bought for the kids didn't work, and a bracelet kit we bought for our girl is so cheap the bracelets break immediately. Needless to say, Target, we're tired of buying trash from you and we don't plan to in the future. Cheers!

This is my favorite Pharmacy. The pharmacy staff is the best that I've ever encountered. I can't rate them highly enough:however, the rest of the store isn't stocked well enough for me. I often don't find what I need. I give the pharmacy staff five stars, more if I could. And the rest of the store I'd only give it like one star.

This is one of my favorite Targets in Austin because it is almost always stocked with things other Targets are sold out of! It feels smaller than other Targets, but I'd never not been able to find something I'm looking for. It's also easily located near delicious restaurants so it's easy to pop in here on my lunch break after getting a bite nearby. Much more accessible and less crazy than the Arboretum Target!
