  Went to pick up my online order. Not ready despite being 1.75 hours into a 2 hour max wait limit. Nothing they can/want to do. I can’t just bring the item to the pickup counter? They can’t send somebody to grab it despite 3 employees being at the counter who haven’t done anything in 5 minutes? Typical corporate bs and brain-dead employees.

  I usually get profiled because I'm Hispanic at this store, but yesterday was a complete different story. Kahren in softlines was the most humble, attentative person I've ever encoutered at this store. I could not find shoes on the floor that were my size, so she WENT BACK TO THE STOCK ROOM to get me the shoes that fitted properly. Thank you so much for your cooperation and making me see that there's people in retail who truly care about the customer. THANK YOU Kahren!!!!!

  I went to get some sports cards and I choose a product I want and decide to get it because I'm happy with the price that is posted. But when I go to purchase it the price is no where near what is posted. Which upsets me so I ask for assistance which I'm dealed with rudely by the bag boy at self checkout, then again by a female manager, and lastly a plain clothed lost prevention person comes to deal with me which he was at least being respectful to me but didn't honor the price that was posted I'm very disappointed with how there's a lack of management and no respect towards me(Guest)

  I love this location!! We go there every week and it’s always a pleasure!!! Go in the evenings and you’ll find there are no lines!!

  This is not a good target store. They have bad customer service. Some of the Target white managers continuously group and closely watch the black customers here like they are stealing. I noticed this on several occasions and I have personally experienced it myself. How disgusting! Also, Mary in aisle 20 (older Caucasian lady) was extrmely rude to me while ringing me up. She did not greet me or speak to me one time during my transaction. You filled out the job application, not me lady! This store has overall bad customer service. I’m done giving them my business for sure.
