  The staff is wonderful. They drop what they are doing and give you assistance in a welcoming, friendly and kind manner.

  Has a wide selection of inventory although what I was looking for was not in stock, after two associates one associate or sales staff was outstanding and his customer service skills was beyond the means of NY customer service Darnell who assist me was very helpful and courteous he is an outstanding employee he went as far as looking at other locations truly outstanding which the other two should learn from his skills. I commend and applaud Darnell on taking the time to help. I guess customer service is not really lost in New York City.....😃😃😃😃😃

  I just wanted to get a lava lamp. However, the store was 30 minutes by Subway so I spent the better part of an hour calling to confirm if they had some, since their website said they did. However, no one picked up the phone at all. Since the website had them listed at the store, I decided to go down anyway. What kind of store would have it listed as being at the store on the website, but not have it? This store, apparently. The first employee I asked didn't even know what a lava lamp was and had to ask a younger employee for help who was unsure where the aisle was. So I had to look for the aisle myself and of course, they didn't have any. I'd go to the Target at 34th St but they actually pick up the phone and let me know they didn't stock them. Just don't come here. If the employees don't know the layout of their own store and can't be bothered to pick up the phone when there's five customers in the entire store, I doubt they'll be able to help you find anything much more complicated than a paper plate.

  Great express target. Wish there was a bit more inventory but I do understand that it is limited due to the size of the store. One thing to note is prices can vary from online prices so check your items. They will adjust the prices if you show the online prices.

  I enjoy going to this Target. The lines are pretty short. I also send my online purchases there without a problem. The coffee at the "food court" is good. It's a small place. If you wanna just pick something up nearby, it's a convenient place to go, especially if you work in the area.
