  I have managed Big Box retail for many years. This prepares me to understand when I am receiving customer service above and beyond. The service that I received at the Target in Mansfield today is like nothing I have ever experienced before. I am 49 years old and I was completely amazed. I recently had a Mavic Pro drone stolen so I had saved up for a month and a half to replace it. I was searching the prices and Target had the best for a Father's Day special. I went in and was told that the deal was an online special (ONLY). I asked to speak to a manager because I wanted the sales person to receive the credit and the store as well. Not only did the MOD come over, but the Assistant Manager as well. They quickly assessed the situation and gave me a solution that satisfied the difference in price. I went home and setup my new drone. I went outside and began to take my maiden flight. The drone lifted off and flipped upside down immediately. I tried again and got the same result. I know how to fly drones. I boxed it back up and went back to the Electronics Dept. and the salesperson was still there. She listened, apologized, grabbed another drone and walked me up to Customer Service. She called the MOD and she quickly arrived. Often when you return such an expensive item, you are made to feel that you have damaged the item or it has to be your fault. This was not the case. The MOD apologized and exchanged the $900 item and sent me on my way. I don't always shop at Target, but due to this level of service I received today I will make this my main shopping destination.   Come in here literally everyday. Checking myself out one night and an item wouldn’t scan so asked the self check out helper for help and he said I should go to customer service? So I should just leave all my frozen food waiting to be paid for and go talk to someone else? Why do you work here if you can’t help? I left the item unfortunately and left the store unsatisfied.

  Moldy, rotten overpriced produce. Not open till 8am. Might as well go to Walmart.

  I love this particular store. Everyone working here is helpful, friendly, polite and approachable the cashiers even tend to suggest deals once in a while. The employees throughout the store and Pharmacy are very knowledgeable in their areas. The store is usually well maintained and the restrooms are clean and well stocked. Customer Service is great and will open more check out stands if more than three are in line. Since this is a Super Target you can get groceries as well as the usual Target stuff which makes for quick and convenient one stop shopping. I have also ordered online and picked up items here in the store and had a positive experience with them. They have plenty of parking and handicap parking of course it is wheelchair accessible and as an added bonus there is a Starbucks and a Bistro inside the store. As well as benches and other seating areas if you need a break. You will love this is a good store.

  This is a Super Target and it is big. A good place to go that has a bit of everything you may need, to me it is an upgraded Walmart. Food prices always seem a bit high and not big on sales. Meat department is bad, very poor selections if you want anything but the basics.
