  Conveniently located, but at a premium. Prices seem to be higher than other locations. Price matching is available, but the store would not honor the % discount with the price matching.

  Terrible customer service. I lost a $168 gift card 5 mins after purchasing good thing I have a reciept. As stated on the back of TARGET GIFT CARD if lost or stolen go to their customer service. I Told them that I have Carpal tunnel and mostly no feeling in my hand and lost my card. Waited for 30mims a rude tall guy came and said we can't do anything it's your responsibility. I got pissed called the number at the back of target gift card which I should have done told them the situation and he is so sorry about what happened and he helped me after doing what he supposed to do he said " Ma'am since you have a reciept they could have went into their system which I just did and get the whole card number so they can block it on their end and re issue you an new card." So that being said those people doesn't know what they are doing, rude and can not even follow their own protocol when it is BLACK AND WHITE REGARDING LOST OR STOLEN GIFT CARD. I gave them a 2 because of the nice young associate who helped me since there are only 3 good TARGET associates ( young lady at customer service and the 2 at kids clothing) left other than that their manager or supervisor SMH I don't know how they got that position.

  Who designed this store?! This was my first visit and we could not find any helpful signs guiding you to the Target parking lot. Once we walked inside, the signs in the store were so tiny so you couldn't see the tiny signs marking which section was where and had to walk around in circles to find the departments aren't laid out in a user-friendly manner. Then after loading up our cart, we learned this store does not have the cart escalator like other multi-level Targets have and couldn't find any hand baskets to transfer our stuff or a place to leave the cart. Who makes a multi-level store and doesn't think about these things?! To boot, they were servicing multiple levels of escalators and didn't put any signs advising which ones were working or where to find the elevator (due to the aforementioned tiny signs). If you live here, I'm sure you'd get used to it. If you're visiting, save yourself the time and go to Walmart down the street. This store is not worth the hassle. Also, they did not have ANY shopping bags due to the plastics ban. I'm all for saving the environment, but it's ridiculous not to offer reusable shopping bags or paper bags for purchase at the register. Thankfully, we could hand carry everything we bought, but this oversight is absurd.

  My experience with Patricia is the basis for my review. She was so patient and helpful. She took the time to help us with our purchase and to explain what a Red Card is and how to apply for one. She certainly knows how to provide excellent customer service.

  As a Canadian we no longer have access to Target stores at home. So a trip to Target is fun for us. I’ve read a lot of bad reviews of this store but I didn’t see any issues with the store. It was quite busy when we were there but it was a rainy day so I figured lots of people went to the mall that day.
