  Awful experience, they are fooling their customers by making us sign contract at the very beginning that we are confirming to pay 20% of gratuity which is ok for us but the base they take for calculation is not fair. We bought coupon on groupon for 2 hours including food for 50$, and our check was 50$, but gratuity was calculated from 100$. Literally, we paid 40% of our check for tips which eliminate advantage of discount. We did not find many songs, the system is not very comfortable to use and search quickly for the songs. Food prices are affordable and dishes are big.

  Very fun place for karaoke and rooms. At times the computer system doesn't work as well but has pretty up to date music and fast service

  My experience was okay but I can only give two stars because of the food. It was dry and I just didn't enjoy it at all. When I got there I told the waitress to not run my tab over three hundred dollars and if the group of people I was with wanted more they can pay for their extra drinks and food. So when the night ended she did exactly what I told her not to do! She came in and asked my guess if they wanted more drinks. Not only was the rude it was selfish because how the heck did she know if I had enough money or not. Then on top of that, she didn't bring me my change! So my total bill with gratuity was 426.65 now I wouldn't have minded if the food was good and the room wasn't so damn hot but it was a lesson learned.

  I went here for the first time for a friend’s birthday. She booked a private room for karaoke. Not only was it extremely fun but the food was amazing. I would go here simply for the food. I’m usually not into bar food but this food tastes fresh and definitely tastes authentic. Will be going back :).

  Night life wise (upstairs) always a sweet spot to show up with your own group. Depending upon what is going on in Chinatown this place maybe packed to gills or comfortable roomy if you show up on the fly. If you are able to arrive on time before the kitchen is closed your in for a treat. Top notch quick bites to eat as well as sushi bar downstairs. Salt and pepper wings!! Be ready to sing and be merry!!
