::I try to plan ahead so I called to check the availability and the guy who answered was not very polite and treated me like I was suppose to already know the answers to my questions. To make matters worse, he quoted me the wrong price, $5 per person one way, but when we got on, it was $12 per person one way after 6 pm. Did I mention I called after 6pm, so I definitely should have been told the right amount. In addition, we were told my this same person, when I called back, that the taxi would be by Ulele, between 10:45 and 10:50, and they didn't get there until 11:15. The young man on the boat collecting the fare, and captain of the ship made up for this because they were extremely professional, nice and made the experience worth the wait!c Thanks guys, my two stars were for you, and the third one is for the beautiful scenery once boating to your distinction!
