This is a great place to donate plasma, rather for the money or to help others in need of plasma. The staff here is awesome. The energy at This location is fantastic. Everyone I have come into contact with here has been professional and make you feel ok donating. Lots of team work is seen and appreciated. Good Job and THANK YOU ALL!

Went in twice and was turned down because of my veins waisting multiple hours of my time. The worst part was when the lady checking my veins wasn't sure If it was a vein she was feeling or a tendon in my arm. So your qualified to check people and you cant even tell the difference between a vein and a tendon I certainly wouldn't want you poking around in my arm with a needle!!! Also the people you have working seem more interested in gossiping with each other than actually getting work done. Went over to csl plasma and they took me in and I donated with no problem at all and no bruising they even gave me a 30 dollar bonus for choosing them!

Great staff! Very inviting when we first walked in. I had complications during the donation process due to me feeling nauseous but the staff treated me well and made sure I was ok during the whole process. I ended up having bad reaction towards the end which made me sick, the staff dropped everything rushed to my care. Overall great experience. Would recommend them to anyone.

I went this morning with a friend, we were not greeted when we walked in, waited at least 20 minutes to get initial help before we had to ask, sat for over an hour while the workers did other things or just looked at us, got told we need to have official documents of our housing which isn’t available to us and when we called then school, we were told to use the email while we were told here that we couldn’t use the email. We were the only two in the lobby and still had a wait even in their “green no wait time zone”. Employees were quiet and didn’t talk loud enough to hear the first time. I do not recommend if you don’t have enough patience to handle being ignored for over an hour

Your new center hours are not working. I made an appointment for 5:45pm last night and when I got there nearly 20 people were waiting in the lobby. The nice lady behind the counter told me it would be at least a 45min wait to get screened for my donation because so many people made appointments for the last 15min slot you are open. Either you should limit the number of people who can make appointments for any given time slot (which logically should have already been in place for a reservation system, otherwise what is the point?); or change your hours back to a 7pm or 8pm close. All those people in the lobby wouldn't even get saline in their system by 8:30pm with the wait that was in front of them. What is the point of closing at 6pm if your lobby has 20 people waiting with more walking in the door the last 15 minutes and your staff and the donors end up being there past 9pm anyway? You will drive donors and your staff away with this. No one wants to have a schedule end at 6pm and get stuck for 3 more hours working, and if donors have any option they won't spend 4 hours in a center for $40.
