::We had Jan do our wedding cake last month and it was even more perfect than I could have imagined! We did a pink champagne cake with ivory buttercream frosting, and then Jan decorated it on-site the day of our wedding with fresh herbs from my dad's garden. It looked so beautiful and went perfectly with our rustic garden theme! It was delicious too - everyone was complimenting us on the cake throughout the night! She was very flexible for us too. We were running behind and I asked if she would drop off the cake at the venue an hour later than what we had discussed, and she was totally helpful! Thanks Jan :)
