    HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! TakeOverLease totally came through for me! I recently purchased my first home – a deal that I couldn’t say no to and had to act fast on. It wasn’t the best of timing, however because I was still responsible for my apartment lease that wasn’t up for another 4 months.     I got an opportunity to move to London for work, and I was psyched – but still had five months left on my lease. Take Over Lease was really helpful for me at a time when I was in a bind. I did my due diligence, finding out what my options were and getting the relevant details on my apartment. I contacted Take Over Lease in advance of filling out the online form, partly to make sure they were real, and partly to check how they would treat me as a client. I was happy with how they treated me at each stage. I was faced with a lease breakage fee of over $2000, so I ended up saving a lot of money. You do have to be flexible and work with them because most people are typically looking for a deal. I offered to reimburse application fees ($50), leave my (admittedly small $150) security deposit, clean/patch the apartment, and give some portion of the month’s rent. It can add up, but I was really pinched for time, and you can choose your offers to make it worthwhile. I was also flexible with showing the apartment. Paul at Take Over Lease found me candidates in about ten days, though I did get more interest after I upped my offers. I ended up with three people interested enough to apply to the leasing office, and the office moved quickly on processing, and approving, the first applicant. Paul was also good about fielding between the candidates. Overall, I was happy with the process. I had a million other things to think about, and Take Over Lease took one of my biggest worries off of my hands.
