::Tough one. I am a huge fan of T3 coming downtown, staying downtown, and making REALLY tasty food. The staff is very friendly and helpful. But, since opening there are some big problems with service that (I haven't seen, and I order weekly) getting better. They run out of items, get orders wrong, and can take more than 20 minutes to clear an order at lunch. Online orders go through a 3rd party and the options online don't seem to match what is actually available. It's a bummer. I love the people and the food, but sometimes just don't have the time to wait for an order (or wait for an order fix). 4 stars on flavor alone tho and for friendly staff!
