  I would give five stars because the staff is super nice, always. An the food is good but they just can't seem to ever get my order correct. An I eat here 1-3 times a week because it's close to work

  My April 2018 visit here was good. We got the Mucho Nachos and used a coupon to get it at half price (about $3.50). I was actually surprised that it turned out to be good bc Taco Bueno had been my Go-To place for the past 10 years. But during the last 2-3 years, the consistency and quality has been deteriorating drastically: so much so that instead going there 2-3 times weekly, I now only go there once every 6 months. Sometimes the ground beef would be seasoned perfectly but other times the beef would have zero seasoning. Uggg!! (We even resorted to buying a single taco sometimes to see if everything was ok. If not, we would leave). Often times the chips and taco shells were stale. (Response from the supervisor: "They just dump the fresh chips on top of the old and they get mixed up"). Half the time they forget to give a bag of chips with a platter. About 6 months ago we had to wait exactly 20 minutes for a small takeout order. When I asked the young kid what took so long, he said they were busy. I noted to him there was no one inside ordering and only 2 cars in the drive thru. He mumbled something and walked off. So, I didn't go back for 6 months. Update 5.2.18: Stopped in to get the Beef Nacho Salad to share with a friend with the half price coupon. Cashier was super friendly, but the salad was horrible. The chips, again, were worse than stale. They also tasted grease-soaked. And the lettuce was soft and mushy. Rating reduced to 2 stars.

  My dad went there and almost had a relergic reaction and my food was good but great staff they just need to listen.☺😒😞

  DO NOT GO TO THIS BUENO! Drive all the way across town if you have to. I stated my order loudly and clearly 3 times in the drive through, worker still did not get it right. When i pulled up to the window, i started over from the very beginning, but the person making the platter had already started on it. I heard her say 'that platters "chicken" and he looked at her, and heard her, but continued making it. When I got home and the order was not even close. I drove all the way back up there and made a stink, and they kicked me out, and were calling the cops.
