  Went to get a late night meal and my husband orders me a sprite while my favorite drink is mountain dew. Asked her to change it after we were done ordering and she heard me and Changed it with no problem.

  First of all i dont usually complain about this taco bell but lately it has been ridiculous. We drove up to the speaker and the lady said would u hold for a second. I said of course but a second became 30 min. We drove off and went to the other side to go in but they were locking the doors at 8:00. This is bad business our time is much valuable than that. I would recommend that u all get it together, get more help and get those lazy ones off the drive-thru window. Stop playing around young people and stop being so ghetto. If u solve these problems then everything will fall in place. LET'S GET MOVING Y'ALL!!!!!

  Don't even have my food yet bc I'm in the hour-long drive thru posting one star. 4 cars and 30 mins later. We're trapped here & can't get around this car to leave. The car in front of us just returned ALL of their food for a refund. I'm afraid to see what we get for our $20 order. Here we go... Checking the bag and it's wrong. We aren't going back. Enough of this!
