::A lady with a pin in her haitlr she was rude and mean and bad customer service and i will never go there again.. My husband ask to use the restroom and she had to have attitude.. Fire her butt..!! Never go there again.

::I absolutely cannot believe what I just experience here. I came in to pick up a mobile order, and absolutely nobody was at the counter for a full 5 MINUTES. Finally a woman showed up, and I asked for my order (which was supposed to be done already). At first she didn't seem to know what I was talking about, and then she started looking for my food and couldn't find it. Finally one of the customers spoke up and showed me that my food wasn't on the counter, but SITTING ON TOP OF THE TRASH CAN. THE TRASH CAN. This is a clear violation of food safety standards, and I was appalled. The woman at the counter tried to put the blame on the customers, saying one of them must have moved it, but the fact remains that the safety of the food is HER responsibility. She offered to switch out the bag, but I was in a hurry already and had to go. And as I left, I heard her talking about me to the other customers. Highly unprofessional. I hope for an apology from their owner, because this was by far the WORST experience I have had with a restaurant, and I am currently recovering from food poisoning., so that's saying something. I would never come back to this place if it were the last food on earth.

::If turtles could make food they would probably make it faster than the staff at this Taco Bell...2 burritos and 1 taco took a total of 23 minutes to get the order out. The girl in front of me after 20 minutes was still missing some of her food. They need to reevaluate the staff at this location. To bad because my husband like Taco Bell but will not be going to this location anymore.

::I experienced horrible service today. I sat in the drive thru for 25 mins, not an exaggeration, waiting for food. I finally went inside to see what was going on. I wasn’t greeted by a very helpful young man, I didn’t get his name, and a very rude young woman, her name is Natalie. The young man was apologetic and helpful where Natalie just made excuses and rolled her eyes at me. I assumed she was the manager because she walked up after I was already talking to the young man. I later found out that the manager, Javier, was busy and couldn’t be bothered at the moment. I would have to wait until he was available. That’s when I decided to write this review.

::Came in front door and was greeted by an employee asking me how I got in. I simply told him the front door. He seemed frustrated, guessing he meant to lock it. With an attitude he let me order my food anyway. I believe only the drive thru was open. Understood that he didn't want anyone in the lobby, but not my fault for walking through an open door. Otherwise, clean, order was right. The drive thru here gets absolutely absurd, and not worth it unless you've had a few drinks, and someone else driving of course.
