They don't seem to know how to make quesaritos right. Haven't got one here in a while they still only use one shell it's suppose to have 2. Service is decent place is usually a little dirty though.

Usually this Taco Bell location is good. Unfortunately when it comes to ordering I ALWAYS say "No spicy sauce, no chipotle sauce" Guess what they do? I wonder if animal's cooked for them and they said what they'd want / don't want and their order is up, they go to get it and it's the complete opposite

Absolute worst taco bell around. Avoid it at all costs. Never even give a receipt at the drive through so I can't even leave a review about my specific visit.

This is absolutely the worst taco bell I have ever ordered from. The orders are never correct and today, we had to wait 15 minutes to be able to order because they screwed up the computer. Please everyone. Save yourselves alot of hassles and grief. Go somewhere else!!!!!!!

If I could give this 0 stars I would! My co-worker just went to this location to pick up food for several of us at the office. We each gave her cash for our orders and would need change back. The lady at the window, Ivy, refused to let her do 3 separate transactions for each of us. Ivy said she couldn't do it. Told my co-worker that if she wanted to do that she'd need to come inside. My co-worker tried to re-explain what she was wanting to do in case Ivy wasn't understanding and she still refused. I have worked at my office down the street from this location for 4yrs and I've been the food runner multiple times as well as many other people we work with and never has someone refused to do separate transactions. Maybe Ivy doesn't understand that she has to do different transactions for any customer that comes through the drive thru so it's of no real inconvenience to her unless just having a job is inconvenient to her. My co-worker did not have time to go inside at that moment because the rest of us were waiting on our food. So she came back very upset and flustered, gave us our food, and explained what happened. We tried calling the store multiple times to try to talk to a manager but each time it rang for 5 minutes, then gave a busy signal, and disconnected. So my co-worker went back to the location, went inside, and asked to speak to the manager. A lady came up to the counter claiming to be the manager. My co-worker explained what happened with employee Ivy, but the manager said she was very knew and had no idea how things worked. My co-worker told her that she tried calling several times before coming in and the manager said they were having phone issues. My co-worker asked if the complaint department was having phone issues also. While the manager was getting the phone number for complaints another employee stated that they are able to do multiple transitions for customers but that "certain individuals" don't want to be bothered with it. My co-worker waited in this location and called the complaint line where they said someone would be contacting her regarding the issue. So several issues 1. Certain employees don't care about customers 2. Your customer service experience depends on how people are feeling that day and what's most convenient for them 3. A manager on duty isn't able to help in any way that a regular employee wouldn't be able to. My co-workers and I will all be reconsidering ever returning to this location especially since there are several fast food places next door and across the street that are more than happy to take all of our money in separate transactions without being rude.
