  The food looked disgusting, the order was wrong, the drink and condiments were forgotten but foremost, the manager, apparently, Ralph King, is the most pompous, unprofessional and irresponsible manager I have ever met of a professional establishment. When I returned just to have my order redone (nachos were wet, there was NO meat in the chalupa and no drink was provided) he said "I did it myself and there were no problems" and constantly stated "I don't need to look at it" when referring to the wet nachos and the meatless chalupa. I recorded the incident and will be sharing with local media outlets unless Mr. King has been fired or resigns by corporate office. P.S. his staff shook in fear when I asked if he treated his staff this was.

  I like the fast service and the soft Tacos. Only issue is the amount of meat varies from visit to visit. I wish they would use an order number instead of wanting a name. They may call a number or a name. The order number is not ambiguous. I try to pick a name that is not common.

  The service was terrible. The staff didn't pay attention to our order and we couldn't understand what she said when she read back the order because she mumbled. They were very rude and talked bad about us while we were still there. Plus the food was cold and nasty tasting. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. This location should be shut down.

  Day time it's great fast service and good food went here three times a week when I worked close. Night time another story, even when it's slow (not many people there) it's slow but still friendly and good food. Go for lunch

  Unfriendly. Especially Ralph. He is the most unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and pompous employee. And he doesn't seem to understand "customer service" at all. There are 3 or 4 people (Joyce, Beth, and Dana) that seem to give genuinely good customer service (mornings -Monday, Tuesday, Thursday). Still... Other locations are worth the drive! Also, I have a picture of what Ralph made and served as a Beefy 5 layer burrito with no sour cream. It was almost like sour cream was all he put on it. It happens every time we go and Ralph is there cooking. This store lost our (what was daily) business solely due to Ralph.
