  My order is always correct and hot. Michale is so kind and accommodating. This is my favorite TB in DFW.

  I ordered 6 tacos (No lettuce). Time to eat lunch and everyone of them have lettuce. Cant leave work to take back. I would suggest you always check before u leave.this wasn't the first time but I was in a hurry. Next time I'll just stop at another location.. so I stop in and ordered meal. Not only did they get my order wrong again( checked before I left the counter). The lady who took my order( I think she was the manager.) Was rude. I think she didn't like the way I looked because the guy she waited on ahead of me she was just fine with. Maybe she didn't like my ?. Don't know don't care. Will try not to go back again

  I went in the manager didnt even know his own menu. Ordered my food specifically ordered steak not ground beef got home it was ground beef. So I drove back so I would have something to eat, after waiting 10 minutes without any acknowledging I was standing there I asked for help and the girl at the counter acted like she didn't know what to do. I explained it was suppose to be steak and not beef she had it fixed and said oh well I guess sorry. The whole time the manager was drilling on something then laughing in the back the whole time there was a line at the counter. I left because i was so aggravated, got home called and told the manager what happened and all he said was sorry ill talk to them and it won't happen again.. Never ever have I had this bad of an experience but I doubt ill ever go back for this type of service!!
