  Drive thru was closed around 9 pm on a Friday night so you needed to go inside to order. I watched the staff interaction with the reviewer (sandeep) who mentioned that he waited for 40 minutes for a mobile order because they forgot to check in the order. The manager just turned and showed the employee what he did wrong in the system. Taco Bell has some great taco and burrito deals but with the chick fil A opening soon and if the drive thru is not open late - this store will struggle even more. Seems like this location is struggling with staffing.

  After being in the food service industry for 20 plus years. One of the worst experience ever. Someone telling me to place my order in the kiosk instead of taking my order. Is it really that hard to place at a POS. Employees playing basketball with crumpled up bags in kitchen area. Really. Are guest that much an inconvenience to your establishment.

  I eat Taco Bell all the time at many different locations. I don't know how they do it but the Chalupas are the best in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County. Clean and friendly service. If I could I would give the manager and staff of the Wednesday at 5pm shift 6 stars 👍. This people make this Taco Bell feel like a expensive restaurant.

  Really disappointed. At 10:00pm on 11/18 I came here for food in drive through. Was not given a receipt. Drove home, got in my PJs and went to eat with my partner only to realize my food was wrong. I tried to call 12 times no answer. I drove out of my way to begin with to get this food then had to drive back. Using at least ten miles of gas and an hour of my time. It was so late and I am tired so I ask for my refund. The manager refused to give me a refund even though I literally got to eat 0 of my dinner and have a dairy allergy and was given dairy. There was no empathy and no cares. I drove out of my way and tried to call 12 times before driving there. I will be contacting corporate. I will not be quiet about this and I will be getting my refund. I am beyond livid with this experience as anyone would be. I can’t believe I had to waist gas in this economy just to be disrespected this way. Imagine paying for food you didn’t even get to eat and losing your appetite and total respect for this location.

  The drive lady was so rude. We repeated our order nicely just to make sure she had it and she started arguing with us for no reason. Seems like she was having an bad day and just taking her anger out on customers. We left without getting anything. Heard that many other customers were being treated rudely as well. Some people should just not work in the service industry. I would give 0 stars if I could.
