  This morning I went for a breakfast crunchwrap combo: There was only one order ahead of mine, but the service was still slow. Eventually I get the crunchwrap and minis but have to specifically request the iced coffee after it appears she doesn't know this is part of the order (it's clearly on the reciept below). She eventually gets it and when I'm eating I hear her complain to the registrar that he didn't tell her it was part of the order. Eventually I notice just how much my iced coffee is actually ice (80%). So I go up to tell her that my drink is largely ice and I would like a refill given I would like to actually enjoy an iced coffee. She tells me "There are no refills on iced coffees." I point to the absurd amount of ice. She tells me it's premade. I say "So you're telling me if I asked for light ice you couldn't do anything?" She says no (I've asked for light ice at Taco Bell before and gotten it). I ask her if she is the manager, she says she is. I say to her "So I'm telling you I have a problem and you aren't going to do anything about it?" She says yes. I walk away never to return to this particular Taco Bell and I suggest everyone else do the same.

  This place is a DUMP. It took 10 minutes to get our food. The guy working the drive threw gave us the wrong amount of change back. And then, he never gave us the right sauces. Then we never got all our food. We pulled to the front so we can go inside and tell them we didn’t receive all the food we payed for. The manager locked the doors, and wouldn’t let us inside and refused to help us while knowing we were standing outside needing some help. So we had to walk all the way around to the drive threw window to finally get some help. The manager was extremely rude asking us what our “deal was”. You guys need new management and a new staff that knows what they’re doing. Such a joke

  Very polite and clean. Food was fresh.

  I came in near the time that they were closing, but they didn't give me any attitude and they let me dine in! They helped me right away and the food came really fast. They had to unlock the restroom for me, but that's due to the neighborhood they're in.

  Normally no problems at this location but today the place was filled with trainees. I didn't mind until they chose the table behind me to continue. I was going to leave a comment on the website but they required an address. Forget the fact that a crazy, crying homeless came to beg at the register. Hard to enjoy my meal today.
