I love restaurants, I work in a restaurant. I get it, you get frazzled and things slip. But. That was the worst service I’ve ever gotten. The server didn’t introduce himself (this was after waiting 10 minutes to get a drink order) and then I only saw him a total of 5 times. (Once to get drunk orders and our food order (we had enough time to decide on our food even though we had never been there before), drop off drinks, drop off muffins and then we saw him twice to pick up our check.)) I don’t normally leave bad reviews but when you pay $28 for a breakfast that is barely enough to fill you up you would expect a little better service.

Waiter was meh... food has good flavor for breakfast. Decor fantastic. Make sure you make a reservation if you wanna sit in dining room. Update... went several days service was lack luster. That's being nice.

Staying in the Tower Suites at the Wynn is so worth it as most rooms are given complimentary breakfast at Tableau. It keeps you away from the main guest building and the overcrowded restaurants. It’s quiet, chic, and friendly service. Setting isn’t the typical large dining atmosphere so you’re not bothered by loud ambience. Breakfast is never a disappointment with gourmet flavors for your favorite comfort fare. Apple Pancakes and and Belgian Waffle can never go wrong.

Like other restaurants at the Wynn & Encore, Tableau has vegetarian & vegan menus. It is an elegant but casual restaurant with nice decor & lots of views outside so you get light. Service is very good. I was offered a complimentary newspaper after being seated for breakfast. Food is expensive, but falls within Las Vegas strip range. The food, however, is very good. I had the blueberry pancakes which were vegan along with vegan sausage. I have posted a photo of my meal & the vegetarian breakfast & lunch menu. They are very good about also telling you what is vegan.
