  Decent boba with a very broad selection of drinks. If you want to have a decent drink at a fair price, this would be the spot. However, there is alot of competition here, and this place tended to be far emptier than tea lyfe. But I wouldn't downplay this place too much as it still has some creative flavor value.

  better than the other t4 in sj. this plaza has at least 3 boba places all in the same are, less than 5 min walking distance. tealyf charges you extra to chill there. never went back there. sweet gelato i dont like how the owner pressures you to spend more money. so t4 is probably the better of it's surrounding competitors. service is usually good.

  Love that I can taste the quality of the tea in a boba milk tea. Huge variety of crunchy snacks to choose from. Comfort seating to study or hang out with friends.

  Wow this was the most disgusting t4 I have ever been to! The drinks were horrible... taste like water... what a waste of money and my time.

  Nicely decorated boba shop with a variety of board games available for customers. However, drinks were subpar: avocado smoothie was flavorless/ice flavor powdered mix, hot roasted oolong milk tea was basically warm milk. Roasted oolong MT w/sea salt and cookies and cream drinks were decent.
