  Natalie is the best I have sent several new clients. Everyone that admires my nails I tell them about Natalie at T Nails. They also have fabulous pedicures plus very reasonable and friendly.

  I went in there to get my brows wax and some dumb lady wouldn't let my daughter be in the room with me. So she told me to leave. She's so f#%king dumb if I'm going to be in a room without my daughter.

  I'll start by saying her shop was empty at 12PM...She had no other customers other than me. & She didn't want to do my nails, begins yelling at me, telling me to shut up....so I tried to leave, she grabbed my phone, and said she wasn't going to give it back until I sat back down. I wasn't sure what to do so I agreed and asked her to cancel everything, but just to take my nails off. She proceeds to tell me it'll be $15, not $5. But I don't care. I just want to leave at this point. As I'm leaving I tell her it was horrible service and that I will make sure I'm not back. She hold my card, takes pictures of me, runs out to take a picture of my car, and threatens to call the police. Most ridiculous display of management. Really disappointing. Worst case is she actually cut through my nail and didn't even finish taking off my nails. Save your money and avoid the drama.

  Natalie and Theresa are the best!!! Very attentive and caring. I haven't been anywhere else in over 8 years since they took over this shop. I love them!

  Went to this location today for a polish change. Which takes at most 10 mins. She said she couldn't because she had an appointment. I said I can wait until after, she said no. I asked why, she said it'll take too long to dry. A nail salon saying my nails would take too long to dry 🤔 I never said time was an issue, but she sat down, opened a movie, and said no I won't do it. She then said, we don't do polish changes. Even a regular insisted it wouldn't take long, and I again offered to wait until the conclusion of her appointment, but she was not wanting me in the shop at all. I was very kind and very respectful, however, she REFUSED to service me and lied about her reasoning. I have never felt this way before. If she was tired say that, but lying to me because you didn't want to service ME in particular is a mess. Do not support this business because in all honestly, you will not be treated with respect.
