  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I went in today to get a full set of nails. The man applied all my tips on crooked. When I politely informed him that they were uneven and crooked he got very defensive and had a bad attitude. He did not want to hear what I had to say regarding MY nails. He told me they were fine and he would fix it later. I explained to him that if the nails were uneven and crooked now that can’t be repaired later in the process it has to be straight from the beginning. He was rude and provided terrible customer service. I told him that I would just go somewhere else and that really made him upset! He started raising his voice and talking crazy. I told him despite his personal feelings, I am a paying customer and he should treat customers with my respect. That was a huge waste of my time and I will NEVER go back nor refer anyone! DO NOT GO!
